* If the price of the flights exceed 400 we will ask for an additional fee of 50€ for flights up to 550€.

* Early Bird tickets are by default temporarily available, and the prices of tickets will increase as the date of the event approaches.

* The ECR Party might have to divide delegations in different Hotels depending on availability.

* Transfer are not included.

* The ECR Party reserves the right to review registration on the waiting list.
