The European Conservatives and Reformists Party (ECR Party), formerly known as the Alliance of Conservatives and Reformists in Europe, is a recognized European political party, registered with the Authority for European Political Parties and European Political Foundations (APPF), established under Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 1141/2014, as amended by Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2018/673.
In accordance with Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 1141/2014, the ECR Party fully respects the values on which the European Union is founded, including respect for human dignity, freedom, democracy, equality, the rule of law, and respect for human rights, including the rights of persons belonging to minorities.
The European Conservatives and Reformists Party is recognised and partially funded by the European Parliament. The views expressed by the Party do not necessarily reflect those of the European Parliament.
The ECR Party submits annual financial reports, audited by an independent external auditor, to the APPF and the European Parliament by 30 June of the year following the financial year concerned.
The ECR Party remains fully committed to complying with all legal, political, and administrative requirements to maintain its registration and continued eligibility for EU funding. The APPF, in cooperation with the European Parliament, supervises compliance with all applicable rules, including financial transparency obligations and adherence to the fundamental values of the European Union.
